DISTRIBUTOR LICENSE IAC AGREEMENT :.

To COMPLETE your SIGNUP, please READ agreement in it’s entirety, then FILL OUT this Distributor License IAC (Independent- Agent Contract) Agreement with your information and TYPE-SIGN your name which certifies that this is YOU. Next, GO to Step 3 to SELECT and ORDER your KIT at our online shopping cart. After your information is verified, an IAC Agreement is established between Successfull & Free Publishing House and YOU, hereunto called, the Independent-Agent. Next you’ll receive the KIT that you ordered and your License which authorizes you to transact all business with us within the scope of our documentation, as outlined in this IAC Agreement, the Financial Freedom Brochure, and accompanying documents. Notice when your kit arrives, that your Distributor License Number is the same number that is on your brochures, flyers and invoices; and can be placed as an Affiliate Link on your website or email which directs visitors to our site where they can make purchases which pays you a commission. This number is very important because it tracks your commissions generated by your brochures, flyers, invoices, Affiliate Link and your Level-1 down-line Distributors’ sales activity. Successfull & Free Publishing House, hereunto called SFPH, reserves the right to deny or cancel a Distributor License which cancels the Distributor/Affiliate membership of anyone who violates this Distributor License IAC Agreement, are part of any fraud or immoral business practice, and who are found to be in violation of any local, state, federal, or international laws. SFPH recognizes the sovereignty of all Independent-Agents as having no business alliance whatsoever to SFPH, be it implied or otherwise—and that they have the right to use those things, acquired contractually through us, to achieve unlimited financial goals. The Independent-Agent agrees to protect and indemnify SFPH from all damages, losses, penalties, taxes, expenses, claims of libel, copyright violations, plagiarism or privacy, and any other suits or claims as a result of the Independent-Agent's business operations with their clients, or any other entity, for that matter. SFPH shall not be responsible for any delay beyond its control. Your type-signed name signifies your agreement to the terms of this contract, and that the sole responsibility of SFPH for failure of performance shall be the return of any payments to you—if you prefer a refund. A refund shall be granted only for a damaged shipment, after it has been returned to us, or for a verified lost shipment that’s documented to us by the carrier being used. Or, you may elect to receive a new shipment and no refund. SFPH PROHIBITS the reproduction, repackaging, and packaging, in any format, the following items: The book, entitled I'M FREE, the Distributor License IAC Agreement, the License Distributor Kit Plans #1 and #2 contents, concepts, and programs, and the Financial Freedom Brochure, Flyer "A", and anything else not previously mentioned that SFPH feels is germane to successfully running this business—to achieve its stated visions and goals. SFPH exclusively enjoys and doesn’t share with any entity the rights of reproduction, packaging, repackaging of any and all the above items listed as PROHIBITED. You, the Independent-Agent, are permitted to bulk buy I'M FREE at Distributor discounts, inventory, and sell each book at $9.95 retail, and permitted to keep all moneys you’ve collected from this type of sale. But, You, the Independent- Agent MUST SEND in all revenues (moneys), together with the invoice, to us, for all COMMISSION sales—that’s book orders that you WRITE. Write your orders with the Invoice pad or place them at our website shopping cart. Failure to send in all revenues generated per each commission sale—is a violation of this IAC Agreement resulting in cancellation of your License and prosecution by law for fraud and theft. You may avoid money problems by directing customers to our website shopping cart where they can make credit card and e-check purchases. You, the Independent-Agent will be paid a 30% commission on book orders that you write plus an additional 10% commission from book orders written by your Level-1 down-line Distributors (sub-affiliates). We will drop-ship your customers’ order directly to them and send you verification. Commissions posted during the month will be paid out after the 15th of the next month. To receive commission checks in your name—Enter and Type-Sign your name, all requested information, and your social security number below. If you want commission checks in your business name—enter your business name, all requested information, and your business EIN Number below; and Enter and Type-Sign your name.
